Having your builder involved in the beginning stages of the design and consultant input process helps set the project up for success. This involves developing schematic level budgets to help set initial cost expectations as well as identify opportunities for value engineering. Marrying the design with the budget is a consistent effort by all involved and a large focus of our preconstruction services. These services can also include recommendations on site development based on geotechnical information, utility infrastructure, structural assemblies, materials, mechanical systems and equipment.
